A Lion’s Gate Message

A Lion’s Gate Message

The Lion’s Gate, today, August 8th, is an annual time of expanded consciousness, increased frequencies, and spiritual epiphanies. Expect your awakening to quicken and your multidimensional awareness to increase. It’s important to take the time to ground the energy that you receive – for integration purposes today, my most recommended crystals are natural citrine, smoky quartz, septarian, dravite (brown tourmaline), or kambaba jasper.

The Lion’s Gate occurs in the time of Leo, so the lions are highly active right now. Here’s a message from them.

Thank you, loved ones. You’ve come a long way – you’ve understood much of what we’ve shared. You’re growing and expanding your consciousness and your being – it’s amazing – isn’t it? – to have things fall away and have more peace spring up in their place. At this point you surely understand part of why things had to go the way they did . . . you’ll understand even more in the coming months, as you integrate those upgrades that you have designed and implemented for yourself.

Each one of you is different, with unique characteristics – each one of you received an upgrade recently. Your DNA has activated in a way that it had not before. This has happened naturally, and the effect is more pronounced for those who have a spiritual perspective and have been growing in that way. You will recognize the difference; you will see the growth, feel it, embody it as you have wanted and tried to do. Manifestation is easier now – love is easier now – acceptance is easier now. Those are the things that you must cultivate even more moving forward.

It is important after this date to remember to keep your vibration high and to allow yourself to trust that you are in a pattern of continuous growth. Do not allow yourself to slide back to your old habits and ways – propel yourself forward, despite the seeming cost. You’ll lose friends – you’ll lose loved ones, potentially. But that’s okay. It’s for your highest good; it’s for your internal growth. Some aren’t meant to remain in our lives forever; the best thing that we can do in those cases is to embrace the lesson and move on from the past.

Don’t struggle to make things right again – know that as they fell away, it was for your benefit. The more drastic the falling away, the more for your benefit it was. If you’d clung to anything that should have expired before – it may have been more dramatic, but trust that it needed to occur. If things had belabored . . . well, you wouldn’t be where you are today, and you wouldn’t have been able to take in the upgrades that you’ve received. Rejoice in your expanded capacity to love, live, and know what’s best for you. These are the things that will help you going forward, more than a single relationship or friendship with an unmatched vibration would have helped you.

Enjoy the benefits; embrace your upgrades. Understand that all things happen for a reason, and continue to move and grow beyond them. Your world is just beginning, and your future is bright. Cling to that if you cannot stay in the present moment – but stay in the present moment if you’re able to. Your past is no longer a concern, however, and it needn’t be a part of your consideration.

Thank you for working with us, for growing in yourself, and for improving your relationships and perspective. These things are invaluable and will always be.

Last Quarter Moon in Taurus

Last Quarter Moon in Taurus

Welcome to the Last Quarter Moon in Taurus! Though the lunar eclipse made things a bit tumultuous last week, Taurus offers a fresh perspective, new growth, and grounded ideas and action. An uber-practical Earth sign, Taurus inspires grounded planning, goal setting, and achievement, especially where those achievements will fulfill a higher purpose, result in long-term success, and satisfy Taurus’s craving for luxury on some level.

This luxury doesn’t need to be financial – Taurus is all about quality of life, so the ideas that come up should at a minimum provide you with a benefit like additional time with loved ones, space for yourself, or sustained comfort. Spend some time digging into these thoughts, probing them, and putting together an action plan to make them manifest into the physical. What’s your next step? How can you plan so that you’re continuously making progress? What background processes do you need to put into place before your idea can be executed smoothly? Write these out in a journal or planner if it will help you.

While you’re at it, use the energy of the waning moon to release any fears, worries, doubts, worthiness issues, or other issues holding you back from achieving your objectives. Taurus’s penchant for practical action is amazingly beneficial for this exercise, and if you focus, you can plan a whole lot and release a whole lot, paving the way for major change to come as you put things into play over the next few weeks and months. Once you’ve done this exercise, hold onto those goals – next week is both the new moon and another solar eclipse, so any ideas that you sort out now will receive an extra boost as you adopt them fully over the next week.

This year’s theme of change is still ongoing, but we’ve reached a point of faster progress now that the lunar eclipse has passed, and there should be far less to address from our pasts. Instead, focus on the new! Everything that we’ve shed this year is for our higher good, and this Taurus moon will help us to understand that on a deeper level. If the waning moon does bring some things up from your past, trust that it’s doing so in order for you to fully release them going forward. Observe whatever comes up, meld with it, learn the lesson, and let it go instead of pushing it down. Then you can move on with all of the amazing ideas that you’re creating.

For grounded and practical inspiration, organization, and planning, work with onyx, red jasper, smoky quartz, or dendritic agate.

Full Blood Moon in Aquarius: Process + Release

Full Blood Moon in Aquarius: Process + Release

Tomorrow is the full blood moon in Aquarius, and it’s the longest lunar eclipse this century. With the moon opposite the Leo sun, the primary focuses this eclipse are self-mastery, self-discovery, and relationships with others. Now’s the chance to rise above everything that you used to be and be everything that you’re meant to be.

There’s a final opportunity today and tomorrow to let things go before the new paradigm begins – DO IT. Dig in, pull the weeds, examine them if you have to. Work through the things that have been bothering you the past few days, months, years. Find those things that you’ve shoved down – that you haven’t wanted to process – and release them. If you do the heavy lifting now, you won’t have to carry any extra baggage into the new post-eclipse paradigm that’s beginning.

How to release? Love yourself first. Those things that you hated – they taught you some of your most valuable lessons. Unearth the shadow part of yourself, but give it just as much love and care as the shiny part of yourself. Accept those things that you regret and those things that you can’t change now. Know that you learned your lesson, and make a point to apply it going forward. Leave the rest behind.

The relationships that dissatisfied you – the times that you were hurt – the friendships that ended poorly – those were all catalysts to you being you. What did you learn? Take each thing that plagues you, that weighs on you, and assess it. What emotions are still attached to that event/person/situation? Have you truly moved on? Are you still carrying some of that hardness in your heart today? Find the lesson, forgive the person or situation, and let the rest go. Every single time.

It’ll seem impossible with some issues – some things are nearly unbearable, and it’s easy to think that no lesson came of a cruel or calculating situation. For those experiences, think of your strength – you made it through, and you’re here today. You’re not only here, but you’re reading, learning, and growing. You made it. You can be more and do more because of your experience, your perspective, and your story. Take the good of it – leave the rest behind. Every single time.

Emotions will come up, and they won’t always be pretty. Feel everything. Interact with it all. Try to resolve the pain by working through it rather than numbing it. Numbing it will only push it back down. . . . Find your way to process it all.

Do you journal? Great. Safely burn the pages when you’re done. Not a writer? Speak it. Talk to your best friend, your therapist or coach, your mirror, even your dog. It doesn’t matter whom. Get it out. Do you exercise? Go for a jog, hit the gym, or take a walk. Let the energy move through you as you feel it, and let yourself process e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. Any of these suggestions may feel like hard work. But they’re each worth it.

While you process things, stay grounded. Emotions are a lot harder to deal with when you’re not firmly planted on this Earth. If you need grounding tips, check out my recent article: https://bit.ly/2mLuMi6. Grounding Essentials

Grounding Essentials

Grounding is a foundational yet often overlooked area of spiritual and psychic development.

Those who are ungrounded can feel spacey or disconnected from their environments. They may experience dizziness, confusion, and memory trouble. By not taking the appropriate measures to stay connected to the Earth and to reality, ungrounded individuals lose touch with their physical senses and allow their spiritual senses to take over. This becomes a huge issue once leaving meditation or a healing session to return to the physical world. It’s important to remain grounded during meditation and other spiritual work, too, so that one can properly absorb and integrate spiritual information.

Easy ways to ground oneself include drinking water, eating root vegetables, or hugging a tree. Exploring nature, walking barefoot outside, and gardening are other great options.

Archangels Michael and Metatron are able to help ground and/or keep one grounded (just remember that one must request their help to receive it!). Visualization and certain crystals also work extremely well for grounding. Whatever grounding method is chosen, it’s best to employ it as a daily practice.

For a grounding visualization, imagine that your feet are connected to the Earth with roots.

The roots can be made of any natural material that resonates – they can be cords of light, actual tree roots, or lines of metal or stone. You may wish to do a short meditation to determine the best intuitive “grounding roots” for yourself. Set the intention that all is done in your highest and best interest and in the highest and best interest of all.

Most brown, black, and red stones will ground and will provide a feeling of physical stability and safety. Specific crystals and stones for grounding include the following:

  • Agate (all types)
  • Black Tourmaline
  • Brown Tourmaline (Dravite)
  • Copper
  • Granite
  • Hematite
  • Jasper (all types)
  • Jet
  • Orthoceras Fossil
  • Petrified Wood
  • Pyrite
  • Red Tiger’s Eye
  • Sardonyx
  • Shungite
  • Smoky Quartz

To work with any of these, place the crystal or stone in your pocket during the day, or hold it in your receptive hand during meditation. Your receptive hand is generally your non-dominant hand, but check, as it varies by individual. You may also choose to wear the stones in jewelry or sleep with one underneath your pillow.

Whatever grounding method you choose, make sure to employ it regularly so that you don’t experience the issues discussed above. A daily practice is best and can easily be established using the above techniques.
