Weeks Five and Six Instructions and “Om”work

Welcome to weeks five and six of your Diamond Mentorship!

I hope that you’re enjoying the mentorship.

Instructions and “Om”work for Weeks Five and Six

  • Continue fine-tuning your sessions. Consider the individual needs of each of your clients when doing so. Does one client respond more to crystal energy than another? Are there particular preferences or considerations that you need to take into account for one or more of your clients? What methods are working well? What methods aren’t having much of an effect? Do you think that’s due to the method itself or due to your level of focus or execution?
  • Call forward the Talent On-Demand Session as needed. This session will help you hone your multidimensional connections as well as your energy-healing abilities. It will also amplify gifts brought forward from other lifetimes, and it will help with any 3D talents that you have.
  • Call forward the Channeling On-Demand Session at least once, with a focus on both written and verbal channeling. You’ve already opened up to multidimensional channeling, but continuing to do the session will advance your skills and make you more comfortable with the channeling experience.
  • To call forward the Talent and Channeling On-Demand Sessions, please sit and meditate before reciting aloud the incantations in the blue boxes on this page. Do not recite the incantations before you are ready to receive the sessions; they will begin once you’ve done so. You may stack these sessions or do them separately.
  • Complete the meditation exercise in the gray box on this page when you have at least thirty to forty minutes to relax and meditate. I recommend completing it when you’re alone, as it will bring up uncomfortable emotions.
  • Address the thought prompts in the purple box on this page either in writing or by speaking aloud. If you choose to speak the thought prompts, I recommend speaking them into a recording app or device so that you may access the recordings later.
  • Approach each thought prompt as a stream-of-consciousness exercise, writing or speaking what comes to mind first regarding each of the thought prompts. Write or speak for as long as you feel you need to; I recommend spending no less than 15-20 minutes on each thought prompt.
  • Once you’ve completed the thought prompts and have made the corresponding adjustments to your energy work processes, start working through the business checklist in the beige box. These are things that may take some time to accomplish, but that will be foundational for the online portion of your business, and that should be completed as soon as possible. Let me know if you have questions or would like feedback as you complete these steps.

Thank you so much for your work in the program!

Thought prompts for weeks five and six

1. How would my life change if I let go of fear and self-consciousness once and for all? What things would I do that I have been scared to try? What shifts would I make if I could be certain I’d be supported with respect to those shifts?

2. Now that I’ve integrated additional energy healing methodologies, how has my typical session changed? What am I still uncomfortable with that I could improve on? What am I most comfortable with? Why? What do I feel is least effective and most effective? Why?

3. Now that I’ve determined how to focus my services, how do I want to brand my business? What energy do I want to showcase? What emotions do I want to evoke? What colors represent that energy and those emotions, and what palette do I want to use to represent my business? What names and titles resonate for my business and my services?

4. Where do I want to focus my energy with respect to my business? Do I want to spend more or less time on social media? Recording video? Drafting and sending emails? Doing Web site work? Writing blog posts? Where are my greatest technical strengths, and how can I use those to my advantage?

5. Now that I’ve considered the above, do I need any support to make these things happen? Am I comfortable designing my Web site myself with a template, or do I want a designer to do the work for me? Do I want to create a basic logo to start with, or do I want to hire someone to create one for me? Do I need help with basic legal safeguards (i.e. privacy policy, terms and conditions, client contract), or do I feel comfortable with something I can do on my own?

Continue building the online portion of your business.

Take the physical steps that you need to if you haven’t yet taken them. These include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Update your business registration to include energy work
  • Obtain liability insurance for all modalities that you intend to use, including for distance healing work
  • Draft basic legal paperwork
  • Register your domain name
  • Find an e-mail provider
    • Some options include MailChimp, ActiveCampaign (this is what I use), Drip, and Constant Contact. I personally don’t like MailChimp, but some people love it, and it’s generally less expensive than the other providers. Drip has a free plan for those who have less than 100 contacts, and it has some great features. I have looked at quite a few options and have settled on ActiveCampaign due to its features and ease of use.
  • Find your Web site host and service provider
    • If you don’t want to worry about too many plugins or some of the more advanced aspects of Web site maintenance, you may want to use a service like WordPress.com, which includes hosting and actual Web site space, complete with drag-and-drop templates. You’ll pay about $30 per month for WordPress.com. I DO NOT recommend Squarespace, Wix, or Weebly.
    • If you’d rather do something less cookie-cutter and more innovative, or if you’re interested in having someone design a basic site for you, I can recommend someone to you who does reasonably priced and high-quality work.
  • Draft a basic bio or “About Me” page
  • Draft a basic page for one of your services or programs

Incantation for the Talent On-Demand Session

“I now call forth the Talent On-Demand Session provided by Kat Michaels.

I invoke Source, my guides, Kat’s guides, and the pure positive healing energy delivered in the session. I ask that I experience the session in the full length and with the full potency of the live session. And so it is.”

Incantation for the Channeling On-Demand Session

“I now call forth the Channeling On-Demand Session provided by Kat Michaels.

Meditation Exercise

Sit or lay alone in a meditative position, tune into your breath, and focus on your body.

Travel back in your subconscious to the first time that you felt that you weren’t enough; that your best wasn’t good enough; or that you didn’t have the natural ability/talent/affinity to accomplish something that you desired. You may travel to another lifetime or an early memory in this lifetime.

Once you travel back and are able to sense yourself during that time, send Reiki and any other energy that you feel is necessary to yourself at that point in time. Loop the Reiki continuously for that point in your life so that the Reiki keeps healing the source of the belief. Ask that the Reiki loop until such a time when it is no longer needed.

Depending on the length of your meditation and the emotions brought up, you may choose to stop at this time.

You may also choose to move forward to the next time that you felt you weren’t enough and repeat the exercise with respect to that time and event.

This is an exercise that you can repeat with respect to any time and event that you’ve experienced in this lifetime or any other.

When you’re done with the meditation, make sure that you clear yourself, dissolve any cords, and ground yourself before continuing your day.
