What gives you inner peace? Is it waking up to the stillness of morning, relaxing after a long day, or spending time with loved ones and pets? Feel into that sense of peace, and then shift into that feeling when you’re having a hard time. After you’ve practiced for awhile, choosing your peace will become natural.
